Story

"Mietersheim" was undoubtedly a small village, but despite its small area it was dependent on agriculture.

The pastures and meadows of the village and the light quarry forest lay on the main road between Lahr and Dinglingen.

Since the forest was not exactly a positive enrichment for the village, but was still a usable area, the forest is an important part of the history of Mietsheim in Baden.

The book about the history of the village motivated us to name our witch.
